The Oversight Trust has appointed Mike Barber as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective from 2 March 2026. He takes the reins from outgoing CEO Alastair Ballantyne, who is retiring.   Mike was previously a senior partner at Deloitte, where he led the formation and growth of their Sustainability Advisory practice. He also served for nine years on the Audit and Risk Committee of the Royal National Institute of Blind People, the latter half as Chair. He brings extensive lead
